We approach signal accuracy the way a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt approaches a manufacturing defect — find it, measure it, eliminate it. Our model is audited against real outcomes. Bad misses are tracked. Thresholds are tested and locked. We don't publish a signal until we can defend it with data.
