60XI is a fantasy football platform operated by 60XI L.L.C., a Wyoming limited liability company. References to "60XI," "we," "us," or "our" in this policy refer to 60XI L.L.C.
Our app is available on iOS. Our platform is accessible at play60xi.com.
Information We Collect
We collect the minimum information necessary to provide the 60XI experience.

We do not collect payment information. 60XI currently offers no paid features. Any future purchases will be processed entirely through Apple's in-app purchase system — we never see or store your payment details.
How We Use Your Information
- To operate the 60XI app and deliver core features including draft assistance, league management, and real-time player clock mechanics
- To authenticate your account and keep your session secure
- To sync your fantasy league data through the Sleeper API integration
- To generate AI-powered draft recommendations via Claude (Anthropic)
- To monitor app performance, identify errors, and improve the product
- To respond to your support requests and communications
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not use your data for advertising. We do not build advertising profiles. We do not sell your data to any third party.

We do not integrate any advertising networks, data brokers, or marketing analytics platforms.
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure, which uses industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. We use row-level security policies to ensure users can only access their own data.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We work to protect your information using commercially reasonable measures and will notify you in the event of a data breach as required by applicable law.
Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it longer.
League and roster data pulled from the Sleeper API is retained only as long as needed to provide the service and is refreshed each session.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if applicable in your jurisdiction

Children's Privacy
60XI is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately at privacy@play60xi.com and we will delete it promptly.
California Residents (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete your personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information.

Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you via the app or email. Your continued use of 60XI after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
